MASTER GALLERY RULES & POLICIES

1. General Event Restrictions & Permitted Uses All event bookings must end strictly by 11:00 PM; late-night events and open public parties are strictly prohibited. The space is available for approved pop-up art shows, pop-up shops, filming, and photography. The renter assumes full responsibility for ensuring their booking timeframe includes all necessary setup and teardown time. All ages are permitted in the gallery unless restricted by specific event parameters (such as alcohol service).

2. Food & Beverage Policy No food or drinks of any kind are permitted unless prior permission is granted and the required extra cleaning fee is paid.

3. Alcohol Policy The selling of alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited. Alcohol service permits alcohol with prior permission, inconvenience fee, licensed bartender, house security, and invite-only guest list. When permission is granted, service is restricted strictly to wine, champagne, and beer (no hard liquor), all attendees must be 21+, and the event must remain closed to the general public. Mandatory in-house licensed security ($175) is required whenever alcohol is present.

4. Trash & Space Cleanliness Renters must leave the space in the exact condition it was found. Renters are responsible for disposing of all trash. All trash cans, including those in the main gallery and restrooms, must be emptied into the alley dumpster prior to departure. Glitter is strictly prohibited inside or outside the venue.

5. Space Acceptance, Liability & Non-Disparagement The space is accepted strictly "as is." The renter acknowledges and agrees to any inherent limitations of the venue. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. While the gallery provides the space, it bears no responsibility for the overall outcome, attendance, or success of an event. The renter assumes full responsibility for their event's performance. Furthermore, the renter agrees not to intimidate, coerce, bully, defame, or disparage the gallery in any public forum or social media sphere.

6. Furniture, Property & Floor Protection Moving furniture, fixtures, counters, monitors, benches, or any gallery property is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Renters and production crews must use furniture pads or cardboard boxes under heavy gear to protect the gallery floor from damage. Standing or climbing on ladders, furniture, tables, or display units is strictly prohibited.

7. Parking Only one designated parking space directly behind the gallery is reserved for the renter. All other rear parking spaces are off-limits unless explicitly authorized in advance.

8. Smoking & Substance Use Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the gallery, in front of the building, or within the rear parking area. Renters are responsible for ensuring all attendees comply.

9. Wall Care, Alterations & Art Installation Renters may not drill, make holes, or apply double-sided tape, nails, screws, or Command strips on any walls. Any wall hanging or display setup must use appropriate gallery-approved hanging materials or utilize the gallery's in-house art installation services. Unapproved wall alterations or damage will incur baseline repair fees.

10. Construction & Modifications No construction, assembly, or physical modifications of any kind are permitted inside the gallery, at the storefront, or in the parking lot.

11. Equipment, Sound & Noise Renters must remain respectful of the gallery space and neighboring businesses. Outside DJs, brought-in amplified speakers, external sound systems, microphones, and live musical performances/concerts are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in advance with the appropriate fee paid. Renters may use the gallery's in-house background sound system for ambient music via aux cord or Bluetooth with prior approval.

12. Security, Cameras & Neighbor Relations One house security guard is required for every 100 patrons. Security cameras and recording devices are active within the main gallery space to ensure the safety of all patrons and property. Recording devices of any kind in restrooms or dressing areas are strictly prohibited.

13. Climate Control & Amenities The venue does not feature central air conditioning; Renters are responsible for providing their own paper goods and toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, hand towels).

14. Scope of Service & Add-On Equipment Usage Access is limited strictly to amenities included in the rental contract. Additional gallery services, equipment, or specialized rentals are provided solely upon request and subject to additional fees.

15. Conduct & Access Rights Disrespect or abusive behavior toward gallery staff, site managers, security, or representatives will not be tolerated. Violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all fees paid.

16. Rental Hours & Overtime Fees Early arrival and late departures are strictly prohibited. Renters' access to the space begins and ends exactly at the booked hours. Staying more than 5 minutes past the designated end time incurs a standard hourly overtime fee. If overstay exceeds one hour past the scheduled end time, the overtime rate doubles for every subsequent hour.

17. Liability & Hold Harmless Renters assume full financial and legal responsibility for any damages, incidents, or liabilities caused by themselves, their crew, or their guests. A signed Hold Harmless Agreement is required prior to event commencement.

In-House Licensed Security: $175 per guard (mandatory 1 guard per 100 patrons; mandatory for events with alcohol).

Professional Art Installation Service: Complete, stress-free art hanging service provided by in-house installers with over 11 years of experience (inquire for custom quote; artwork must be delivered ready to hang).

Patch & Paint Fee: Applied based on the volume of approved hanging holes created during the booking duration.

Full Gallery Floor Repainting: $500 flat fee to have the gallery floor freshly repainted prior to your event.

Custom Storefront & Wall Vinyl Decal Service: Design, production, and installation of custom vinyl branding for storefront windows or interior display walls (inquire for custom quote).
